Restaurant Manager $15/hr

Department: Shift Lead
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

We are seeking a leader to support and grow our business by communicating, developing, and coaching our team to achieve and exceed service and revenue goals. Restaurant Managers oversee and guide team members in our pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. Our Restaurant Hospitality Managers are in constant contact with the leadership team and Hospitality Director. Restaurant Managers are responsible for the overall service/experience of guests in the restaurant and should have the capability to lead operations at a large scale.

This position requires that you work as a leader within the organization (this includes Hospitality Director, various levels of leadership, and team members). We are looking for a respectful, outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic leader who loves to work as part of a team and loves to serve others. As a restaurant we are passionate about developing our team and you will regularly meet one on one with team members to build relationships, develop them as leaders, and hold them accountable for goals you work on together.

Pay Type: Starting at $15/hr

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
  • Experienced hospitality professional
  • Prefer experience in driving change and hospitality in a fast service and drive thru setting
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency
  • Serv-Safe certified or willing to obtain
  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week
  • Open availability

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
  • Trains new Team Members and follow up to ensure they’re equipped for success
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Serves as subject matter expert to team for cashier support
  • Responsible for assisting with money inventory and facilities management
  • Complete understanding of both the front and back of the restaurant
  • Continuously strategizes how to improve sales and processes in the restaurant
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
